James and Christina moved from Missouri in March 2015 with their four children (Gavin – 17, Carson – 16, Macy Joy – 13, and Trace – 10) and a bunch of pets. James graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary, and before answering God’s call to OCC, He served as the Teaching Pastor at Cape Bible Chapel, in Cape Girardeau, MO. Prior to joining the Chapel staff, James spent 5 years as the Area Director for Southeast Missouri Young Life.
James is gifted in the areas of teaching and shepherding. He is thrilled to get to love on people and challenge OCC to be the kind of church that is sold out to the mission and vision that God has provided; where we can join Him as He transforms the LC Valley, one person at a time.

In his role Matt has the opportunity to use his gifts in administration, teaching and leadership through the operations of the church including finance, facilities, personnel and strategic planning.
Matt's BA in psychology is from Pacific Lutheran University and his Master's in educational ministries from Western Seminary.

He feels incredibly honored and blessed to be called to serve the Lord and families of Orchards Community Church, and is passionate about students growing in their walk with Jesus Christ. He and his amazing wife, Melissa, have been married for 13 years, and their children Jacob, Alayna, and Zoe keep life interesting. In his free time J.W. loves to hunt and fish, and cheer on his University of Oklahoma Sooners.
Born and raised in the Clearwater Valley, Jason was a kid with a dream and a plan. Jason enjoyed the small town life of Kooskia, Idaho, but longed to pursue the American dream. During college, he lived in Nashville for a short time, doing an internship at Sony Music Records, but after obtaining his Finance Degree from the University of Idaho, he took a position as a sales manager for the world’s largest ammunition manufacturer.
July 1st, 2011 was the day he put his feet where his mouth was regarding his faith, and relationship with Jesus Christ. Saved at a young age, everything became very real, that “divinely appointed” day in July. It was then, that he quit his high paying job, first class jet setting, and numerous other benefits of a white collar management position, and sold much of what he owned, to pursue the calling God had put on his life. He moved to Denver, Colorado for two years to pursue music full time, before relocating back to his roots, where he now resides, in Kooskia, Idaho.
As Worship Director of Orchards Community Church, it is his desire to create a worship environment that points every heart, to the life giving message of Jesus Christ.
Lois has been part of the OCC church family for over 20 years, and began serving as Children’s Ministry Director in 2014. Having graduated from The Master’s College with a major in Elementary Education and minor in Bible, Lois has worked with children and their families for over 30 years.
Lois brings a passion and desire in Children’s Ministry to “tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord,” while, most importantly, providing help and support for families as they raise their children for Christ.
She and husband, Russell, have two grown children, and enjoy being an active part of their grandchildren’s lives.
